Hair Salon's: What To Look For

A few tips for local hair salons just trying to get some momentum with their dream and find a suitable space with out breaking the bank.


1. Consider a former hair salon. The site may require less build out expense

2. Pay attention to the # of cars in the parking lot. This could indicate potential customers

3. Work with an experienced retail broker, they know of locations, market dynamics and best practices to get you open faster, and for less money.

4. Don't let an ugly space scare you away, & don't lower your standards on build out and compromise the customer experience.
